I don’t do any exercise at all. Is exercise required during the program?
Although rest and relaxation are fundamental to the detox process; moving your body every day is a very close second. You will need to get your body moving once a day if you can. Even a 15-minute brisk walk will help keep the process on track and be of great assistance. If you are considering partaking in the detox program, you can start to prepare your body with the simple practice of a brisk 15 walk every morning and evening.
