Very few of my past participants have complained of hunger during the programme. You are fasting for 3 days, but that is after 3 days of preparation for the fast make, which make it much easier than most people expect. WIll it be challenging? Yes, but once you are in, and have completed 3 full days of preparation, you will be quite amazed and surprised at just how easy it is to go without food.

Of course, hunger will come up from time to time but is completely manageable with the tricks and techniques taught in the programme. I will even give you some “cheats” if necessary. If being hungry brings up lots of fear for you, this may give you the opportunity to combat some of your own personal willpower issues and attachment to food as security. The victorious feeling from fasting is very empowering.
