I usually cook for my family every evening. How will I manage being around all that food if I’m not eating it?
This can be a challenge. But not impossible! The idea behind this programme is to teach that all these practices are actually doable in your own home, during your actual life and you do not need to have the process ‘done to you’, leaving you with the power to heal in your very own hands! We know that the smell of cooked food stimulates appetite, so if you are the one responsible for cooking the food of others, make sure you have eaten your food before you start cooking. If you are on fast days, you will have to find your inner strength, cook with love, and be strong. A challenge, but something that once you get the job done, and stick to your promise to yourself, you will be left with a victorious feeling of accomplishment and willpower.
