Yes. Once you join the program, you will have full access to the program for 60 days.

How do I prepare and what will I need to buy?

Your dedication and enthusiasm will be your most powerful preparation tools. As soon as you register, you'll gain access to the Pre-Program Preparation Guide, which includes your principal shopping list. You can also view it now through the link in the "Here's the Breakdown" section Seven days before the start date—Friday, March 14th—you will receive the Pre-Cleanse Guide, which provides tips to help you prepare your body for the best possible results. At the same time, you'll also receive the Fasting Guide, which will help you plan your fasting menu and ensure you have the necessary ingredients.

Who would benefit from a cleanse?

Anyone at any age can benefit from a cleanse. That said, if you have insufficient kidney function, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are anaemic or have Type 1 Diabetes, this program is not suitable for you; a customized program tailored to your specific health challenges would be more appropriate.

How much time will this take in my schedule?

You can continue to work during the program and don't need to be home the whole time. However, the more time and freedom you can create for yourself to fully engage in the practices and rest deeply, the more you'll benefit. Aim to set up your schedule with as much flexibility and control as possible, allowing you to follow your body's natural rhythms. While a busy schedule won't prevent you from gaining from the program, it will be less effective. Organize your workload, social schedule, and home responsibilities to be as light as possible during the program. If you find this challenging, try reframing it as a necessary period for healing your body and an investment in your future self. Why are these dates aligned withthe waning moon?

Free support for you! The moon’s cycles affect the ebb and flow of the tides in our oceans, and we are made up of approximately 70% water. The moon phase affects both our metabolism and our emotions. Detoxing during the waning moon period is the most powerful time energetically to support clearing away, shedding old patterns, undoing restrictive blockages, ending bad habits, and releasing any residual toxicity in the body or mind.

Should I take my holiday for the program?

What a great idea! You can use the time to create a fully immersive home retreat. The program can certainly be ramped up with dedicated downtime, relaxing walks in nature, spending time with loved ones, and indulging in spa treatments like massages and saunas. However, the program is also designed to fit into your normal routine, and many people successfully continue working lightly throughout the week without issues.

I take medication daily. Would I stop taking it?

If you are taking any medication, you should continue taking it now and throughout the cleanse. There will be specific instructions on how to time your medication during the colon cleanse. If you wish to stop taking your medication either during or after the program, please consult with your healthcare practitioner.

Can I participate in the program if I'm pregnant?

No, it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women to partake in a detox program. Your body is focused on the miracle of building/sustaining life. It is not the time to fast, it is a time for nourishment.

Do you guarantee good results?

YES!. But, you must go for it, truly dedicate yourself to reading all the info, buying all the things and following all the instructions.

I’m trying to conceive. Is Detox a good idea?

Yes. This protocol is based on the Ayurvedic system of detoxification called Panchakarma. In Ayurvedic medicine, it is recommended that anyone trying to conceive, whether man or woman, undergo a full Panchakarma program to prepare the body for conception. Ayurveda also teaches that the quality of both the egg and sperm can be improved and strengthened by properly eliminating toxins stored within the body.

Do couples enjoy the program together?

Following the program together as a couple can deepen your relationship through shared goals and a joint effort to improve your quality of life. Sharing meals, teas, and treatments can enhance both the detox process and your relationship and make it more fun! However, it's important to give each other space during the program to experience the process individually as you each have unique needs and responses. The ideal approach is to support one another while respecting each other's personal space, without judgment or pressure.

Will I lose weight?

Most likely, yes, but typically only a few pounds. This is not a weight loss program, but you may find it easier to continue losing weight afterwards due to fewer cravings, and increased energy.

How will the program affect my daily training?

If you are an athlete or work out every day, I recommend continuing your training but with 20-30% less effort. Your body will use this time for muscle repair and reducing inflammation. It's important to listen to your body, so flexibility in your routine is helpful—if you need rest, take it. Unlike regular training, where pushing your limits can be beneficial, doing so during this program can be counterproductive. Many athletes who complete the program find they return with increased strength, focus, endurance, and improved nutrient absorption.

Is exercise required during the program?

Although rest is crucial for the detox process, incorporating some gentle exercise is also very important. Aim for at least a 15-minute brisk walk each day to support the process. If you're considering joining, and do no exercise at all, why not start with regular brisk walks now to boost your energy and help you get ready?

Isn't it dangerous not to eat?

No, this is a myth. Unless you are diabetic, anaemic, or have insufficient kidney function, fasting is safe. In fact, there is increasing evidence that shows myriad health benefits from periodic food abstention. Resting the digestive system allows energy to be redirected toward cellular renewal and your innate detox processes.

How will I manage cooking for my family?

Aren't they lucky! It can be challenging, but not impossible! The smell of cooking food might make you hungry, so it helps to have your meal with your family. Your dedication will likely inspire them. If you’re fasting, focus on your inner strength and cook with love. It may be tough, but you'll finish with a sense of accomplishment and willpower.

Can I attend social events during the program?

For the best results, you must stick to the protocol. 'Little cheats' will undermine your progress and possibly set you back. The program is brief compared to the many meals you’ll enjoy in your lifetime. If possible, reschedule social events for after the program. If your friends support your health goals, they’ll understand. However, if you feel confident in maintaining the protocol while socializing, it can also reinforce your commitment to your health. Ultimately, the choice is yours.

Is this a nutrition program?

No, this is not a nutrition program. It’s a cleanse designed to support your detox systems during a focused, intentional period. It’s not a diet or a lifestyle but a specific protocol for cleansing. It is also a great way to start any nutrition program but is not intended for longer than the program period.
