1:1 Online Sessions
Sessions are held online via Zoom and last approximately two hours. Your session requires a good internet connection and a private, quiet, comfortable space where you will not be interrupted.
Online sessions are effective and powerful, and are the most common way to experience breathwork therapy on a regular basis. Being online removes the energetic and time cost of travel and allows you to remain in your own space, the most supportive environment for integration.

Private In-Person Sessions
In-person sessions are offered depending on location and availability and can be arranged privately.
Live Group Sessions
Group breathwork sessions can be both beautiful and powerful. While each person has their own individual experience, the group setting offers momentum, shared presence, and collective support.
