Conscious Connected Breathwork

Breathwork Therapy is a therapeutic process that works directly with your nervous system through the breath.

It uses a rhythmic breathing pattern called Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), which gently regulates the nervous system and naturally bypasses the analytical mind. This state allows outdated imprints to be released and emotional freedom restored.

This is not yogic breathing, meditation, or a relaxation technique. This is a profound but gentle healing modality.

The State

Breathwork Therapy opens access to an altered state of consciousness, where the subconscious mind and what is held in the body become accessible. Outdated imprints, programming, and stories can loosen and release. This often brings expansion, resolution, clarity, and deep bliss.

What an online session looks like

Your pre-booked session takes place online, from the comfort of your own home, where you can lie down and remain uninterrupted.

Your session begins with gentle exploration of the theme, pattern, or question you're working with.

From there, you are guided into the breathwork. Nothing is forced. You remain aware, responsive, and in choice throughout.

The active breathing gradually resolves into a period of rest and integration, where the body settles and the nervous system recalibrates.

Sessions last approximately two hours.

No two sessions are the same. Some are subtle and quiet. Others are deeply revealing, blissful, or quietly challenging. Each session carries its own form of healing, whether it is immediately recognised or felt over time.

Sessions are held with attentive care.

Ways to Experience Breathwork

1:1 Online Sessions

Sessions are held online via Zoom and last approximately two hours. Your session requires a good internet connection and a private, quiet, comfortable space where you will not be interrupted.

Online sessions are effective and powerful, and are the most common way to experience breathwork therapy on a regular basis. Being online removes the energetic and time cost of travel and allows you to remain in your own space, the most supportive environment for integration.

Private In-Person Sessions

In-person sessions are offered depending on location and availability and can be arranged privately.

Live Group Sessions

Group breathwork sessions can be both beautiful and powerful. While each person has their own individual experience, the group setting offers momentum, shared presence, and collective support.
I would love to discuss offering group breathwork sessions to your space or community.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful modality and may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a history of psychosis, epilepsy or severe cardiovascular disease, please get in touch before booking.
