The Great Soul Sync Meditation

This is a very effective meditation from Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji, two beautiful Indian teachers. I think you’ll really appreciate this one because it’s active, and with repetition it becomes something you learn and then your system starts to do naturally.

This is not about learning concentration or ‘doing meditation well’. There’s nothing to achieve here. It’s simply about letting your nervous system experience coherence and safety by following along. In time, you can easily learn to do this on your own.


Week 4 — Feb 23–Mar 2


The Tracker

This is a full calendar-year tracker bringing three rhythms together in one place:

1 Lunar activity
2. Menstrual cycle
3. HSV intensity and symptoms

Even though you’re already tracking your cycle in an app, this visual layout allows us to see everything layered together at a glance. This way we’re not just tracking flares, we’re looking for patterns.

You can see I’ve input January as samples so you see how you will input your menstrual cycle (bleed and ovulation days, as well as intensity) and 3. HSV intensity and symptoms, which you can use the samples.
The lunar calendar is fixed of course.


Week 5 — Mar 3–10

Bread Recipes

Here are two simple and quick “breads” that requires no yeast - and very little prep.

Oat flour and Coconut flour is considered low arginine food, but still - try to pair these breads with high Lysine foods like: eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese and of course fish (salmon, sardines, tuna), chicken or turkey.
